Butlers Island

Below is the Butlers Island Project. This project was designed by John Ruhnke and the lead project manager/installer was Fred Cuttitta. The house has radiant heating as its sole heating in 95% of the rooms with a few convectors in some spots. The property also has a heated driveway, steps and parking area.

Above is the boiler room for the project. The boiler on the left handles the entire heating system for the house. The three boilers on the right handle the snow melt system for the property.

Below is the smaller boiler and board work for the houses radiant heat.

Below is a picture of the side wall. This contains much of the snow melt piping and controls.

Above is the Uponor Quick Track Radiant Heating found throughout the house.

Below is a finished floor with radiant heat underneath.
